i am suffering from stroke since 23 oct 2010. i try many workout now on dr jism treatment and physcho terapy. i believe we shld never give up and keep on praying to god. i was ever cheated by a men saying he luv end up wth frustrating jst bcos i am having stroke. i think i shld hve never give up god is alwys wth me. life mst go on.

Thank you very much for sharing your experience , its heart touching and very inspirational, my mother went throught he same thing and she is alomst 2 years now, i will defiently tell her you story to keep her motivated , hearing about your experience you have a wonderful wife because carrying such a responsibility is not easy at all, me and my other 2 sisters and aunt are the ones we help mama in everything, she can walk and talk but still her hand is still heavy but at te end she recovered and thank god for that, everyone’s life changes totally after stroke but at then en we are healing from it. wish to hear from u always and thanks again

Hi Tom,
I had to write because my experience is so similar to yours. I had a bleed in August 2008. I’ve had so much spacticity, and have a baclofen pump, and just started walking with a brace and cane. After about 50 yards I’m exhausted and have trouble lifting my left foot. About 3 months ago I was suicidal and thought I would be a gimp for life. I received an email telling me to say “with God all things are possible” over and over. Within a few days Jesus came into my life. What a joy these past few months have been. Everything I’ve asked for he’s given me and more. Just yesterday I checked my credit report and found my $ 70000 credit card debt had been reduced to $4000! Yay no bankruptcy!! God is great and works in myseripis ways!! (and has quite the sense of humour) He has shown me the awesome future ahead for me. Post stroke Jim is way better than the selfish, self-involved Jim. It’s so nice to know Jesus is real and so loving! Thanks for sharing got blog, it’s so articulately written. Good luck with your recovery!

So glad I found your blog, Tom. My mother suffered a brain stem stroke on July 22, 2010. It’s been a long three weeks. She hasn’t talked, she moves her right hand, a bit, can smile, sorta. I need to known there is hope. Doctors aren’t being very hopeful with her recovery. Kinda like what you wrote about. She’s about a class 5. Thanks for sharing your story. Look forward to reading more.

Thank-you very much for your inspiration and i made a copy of your book and gave it to my sister who excommunicated with us since she left the farm with her toy boy for eight years dissolved with my patience. She and her boyfriend were hit by the robbers on their owners’ farm turned around. i gave them after the event to allow them looking inward relationship.
my sister realised that she cause herself suffering as well as others suffering. i abled forgiving her and she communicated with me first time this

I hope you write a book about your journey. There are people that need to know this….what you went thru. It will give others hope.
